Abstract

Vietnamese law has established certain regulations on the protection of collective trademarks, thereby providing a legal basis for the establishment and enforcement of intellectual property rights over this specific type of trademark. However, practical application shows that the current regulations still suffer from various limitations and shortcomings, both in terms of substantive legal provisions and enforcement mechanisms. On that basis, this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of collective trademark protection under Vietnamese law and proposes several recommendations aimed at improving the legal framework and enhancing the effectiveness of protection in the coming period.
