Abstract

This article provides an overview of the principal provisions of the 2025 Law on Cybersecurity, with particular emphasis on the prohibited acts specified in Point (đ), Clause 2, Article 7. By clarifying the content and significance of this provision, the article examines the occurrence of these prohibited acts in cyberspace and identifies the associated risks and legal issues arising in practice. On this basis, it proposes preventive measures and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement, thereby contributing to ensuring security and safety in cyberspace.
