Abstract

This study identifies and evaluates the factors influencing student satisfaction with the quality of training at Vabis International College. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods was employed. Data were collected from 315 students currently enrolled at the college through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, including reliability analysis with Cronbach’s alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that six factors have a positive and statistically significant influence on student satisfaction with training quality at the 5% significance level: facilities (β = 0.239), organizational culture (β = 0.232), training organization (β = 0.170), training program (β = 0.157), teaching staff quality (β = 0.156), and administrative services (β = 0.131). Among these factors, facilities exert the strongest influence on student satisfaction, whereas administrative services have the weakest effect. The regression model explains 54.4% of the variance in student satisfaction (Adjusted R² = 0.544). Based on these findings, the study proposes several managerial implications aimed at improving training quality, enhancing student satisfaction, and strengthening the competitiveness and sustainable development of vocational education institutions.
