Abstract
This article examines occupational and organizational factors affecting the mental health of primary school teachers in Hanoi based on the Job Demands–Resources model, empirical studies, and educational management data. The analysis focuses on workload, class size, time pressure, emotional demands, responsibility for students, relationships with parents, leadership and performance evaluation, job autonomy, social support, digitalization- related tasks, personal resources, and work–life balance. Based on these factors, the article proposes several management implications for identifying and reducing psychosocial risks in the working environment of primary school teachers in Hanoi.
