Abstract

In Vietnam, digital transformation is considered an inevitable trend in the tourism industry, offering an opportunity to enhance competitiveness and promote more sustainable development in the coming period. Many provinces and cities have introduced various programs to develop local tourism by applying digital transformation technologies. Hai Phong is a city with great tourism potential. The application of digital transformation in promoting historical and cultural heritage sites is regarded as one of the key tasks to drive the city's tourism development.
