Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping higher education, particularly international cooperation and integration. Digital technologies expand opportunities for connections among higher education institutions, lecturers, researchers, and students across national borders while enabling new forms of education, research, and academic exchange. This paper examines the opportunities and challenges that digital transformation presents for international cooperation among higher education institutions and proposes measures to foster meaningful, effective, and sustainable international integration.
