Abstract

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the global trend of digital economic development, digital transformation has become an essential requirement for all countries and businesses. In Vietnam, state- owned enterprises (SOEs) play a crucial role in key economic sectors and are expected to be the pioneering force in the national digital transformation process. This paper proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of digital transformation in the SOE sector in Vietnam today.
