Abstract
This study examines digital transformation in the administrative management of full-time undergraduate students at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS– VNU). Drawing on a synthesis of theoretical perspectives on digital transformation and student administration, the study focuses on the digitization of student information and records; the use of digital platforms for administrative procedures; data management, utilization, and interoperability; online interaction and student support; and the conditions required for digital transformation. The findings indicate that ULIS has established important foundations for digital transformation in university governance and student services. However, further improvements are needed in data integration, process standardization, staff digital competence, student experience, and information security. The article therefore proposes several directions and solutions for advancing digital transformation in an integrated and student-centered manner, thereby improving administrative efficiency and the quality of student services.
