Abstract
In the context of university autonomy and accelerating digital transformation, restructuring the governance of internal quality assurance (IQA) systems through digital technologies has become essential for building modern management models and supporting real-time, data-driven decision-making. This study adopts a case study approach at Hai Phong University, a higher education institution that has comprehensively implemented an internal quality assurance system. The findings provide practical evidence of the role of digital transformation in improving governance processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening quality assurance management. Based on the case analysis, the article proposes strategic solutions to address persistent limitations in IQA governance and promote sustainable digital transformation in higher education institutions.
