Abstract

The legal affairs in autonomous higher education institutions play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of university autonomy. This article provides an overview of legal affairs and analyzes the current situation of ensuring legal compliance in higher education institutions in Vietnam. Based on this analysis, it identifies limitations and shortcomings in the legal framework related to legal affairs and proposes recommendations for improvement.
