Abstract

Children are the future generation of the country. Sexual abuse not only causes physical harm but also deep psychological trauma to children. Therefore, providing psychological support to sexually abused children is of humanitarian signifi cance and yields long-term benefi ts. This article analyzes several psychological characteristics of children who are victims of sexual abuse and proposes measures to enhance the eff ectiveness of psychological assistance for this vulnerable group.
