Abstract

In the context of education being profoundly influenced by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and globalization, learners’ conduct standards play an important role in shaping character and moral values. The article focuses on assessing the current situation and developing an assessment framework, aiming at a tool for monitoring, supporting education, and regulating behavior in teacher-training institutions, thereby fostering a well-rounded student cohort. A survey of 304 students shows that 70% have read/understood the Code; 30.2% have only heard of it or are unaware; 87.17% rated the social-media provisions as “appropriate/very appropriate.” Compliance with core behaviors exceeded 90%, while 21.1% reported difficulties with some provisions.
