Abstract

This study, conducted using a survey method, assessed the satisfaction of Hanoi National University students with sustainable university quality criteria. Specifically, to measure sustainable development quality, the study evaluated satisfaction with the educational program among 190,095 students; and satisfaction with the university's infrastructure quality, including surveys of 11,921 students regarding support activities; 4,641 students who used the dormitory; and 8,572 students who used the medical services of Hanoi National University Hospital. Key findings include: students were satisfied with the sustainable development-oriented educational program and the sustainable quality of the university's infrastructure. Student feedback on dormitory services showed the lowest satisfaction level among the support activities.
