Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, international economic integration, and the rapid development of artificial intelligence, big data, financial technology (Fintech), and digital banking, the competency requirements for the Finance and Banking workforce are becoming increasingly demanding. Graduates need not only specialized knowledge of finance, monetary systems, and banking but also technological competence, data analysis skills, foreign language proficiency, professional skills, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. This article examines the current requirements for training Finance and Banking students at Hai Duong University and proposes measures to improve training quality in the contemporary context.
