Abstract

In the context of university autonomy and international integration, improving the quality of training and professional development for administrative staff has become a mandatory requirement to ensure effective management and operation at higher education institutions. This paper analyzes the role of administrative staff in universities, emphasizing the importance of training and development based on job position requirements. By examining the current state of training and professional development for administrative staff at the University of Foreign Language Studies, the University of Danang, the study proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of training and professional development in the institution under the new context.
