Abstract

In the context of rapid digital transformation and deep international integration, high-tech crime in Vietnam has been increasing significantly in both scale and sophistication, causing serious consequences for national security, social order and safety, and citizens’ rights. This article analyzes the current situation of high-tech crime in Vietnam, identifies key difficulties and challenges in combating and preventing these crimes, and proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of prevention and law enforcement efforts in the coming period.
