Abstract
Teaching Martial Arts in a manner that promotes active and proactive student engagement is a modern learner-centered instructional approach. It aims to activate students’ cognitive processes by encouraging them to participate meaningfully in learning activities. The advantages of this method include enhancing critical thinking skills, fostering independent and creative learning behaviors, increasing interaction among learners, and facilitating problem-solving through situational tasks that stimulate analysis and evaluation of differing viewpoints.
