Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education is significantly changing teaching and learning practices, particularly in foreign language education. The use of digital technologies not only diversifies instructional methods but also enables students to develop autonomous learning skills, strengthen interaction, and access a wide range of learning resources. This article examines the role of digital technologies in English language teaching and identifies the advantages, challenges, and emerging issues associated with their implementation at Hai Duong University. Based on this analysis, the article proposes measures to promote the effective use of digital technologies in teaching English to students at the university.
