Abstract
Using fundamental scientific research methods, this study identifies four essential conditions for developing an extracurricular training program in Binh Dinh Traditional Martial Arts for high school students in the mountainous districts of Binh Dinh Province. The evaluation results show that conditions related to teachers, coaches, instructors, physical facilities, organizational forms, and supporting factors have been generally satisfied. However, the training program currently lacks a specific time allocation and does not define detailed instructional content for each belt level. These findings provide a scientific basis for designing a more systematic and feasible extracurricular training program tailored to the conditions of mountainous high schools.
