Abstract

This article examines the reform of undergraduate Law curricula to meet societal needs in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and international integration. Based on survey data from 97 employers and experts, along with gap analysis, the study identifies several limitations of current law graduates in terms of professional skills, knowledge, autonomy, and responsibility compared to employer expectations. To address these shortcomings, the author proposes four comprehensive solutions: restructuring curricula to increase practical training time; making moot court sessions and legal practice compulsory; innovating competency assessment methods; and establishing co-creative partnerships with businesses to improve human resource quality.
