Abstract

Legislation is a foundational institutional activity that enables the state to govern society and provides a legal framework for individuals and organizations to protect their legitimate rights. In the new era of Vietnam’s development, renewing legislative thinking has become an essential and timely requirement. This article analyzes the concept, requirements, necessity, content, international experience, and ensuring factors related to legislative innovation in Vietnam in response to the demands of the new era.
