Abstract
To achieve breakthrough progress in the era of national rise, the whole nation must eff ectively mobilize all resources while overcoming diffi culties and challenges. In this context, wastefulness and the fi ght against waste have become urgent issues requiring responsibility and exemplary leadership from cadres and party members in the performance of public duties. Therefore, recognizing and properly evaluating the contemporary value of Ho Chi Minh's thought for cadres and party members, especially in the fi eld of education in general and higher education in particular, holds signifi cant theoretical and practical importance.
