Abstract

This article analyzes the innovation of teaching methods in National Defense and Security Education in the context of increasing demands for high-quality human resource training and the growing challenges posed by non-traditional security issues. Based on an assessment of current teaching practices at training institutions, the study proposes several solution groups aimed at enhancing learner-centered approaches. These approaches are designed to improve the effectiveness of National Defense and Security Education by fostering students’ self-study abilities, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving capacity. The proposed solutions contribute to meeting the evolving educational requirements in the new context.
