Abstract
In the context of rapid technological development, copyrighted works are increasingly created, disseminated, and exploited in diverse forms in the digital environment. While digital technologies facilitate access to and exploitation of copyrighted works, they also pose significant challenges to copyright protection. Copyright infringements in the digital environment are increasingly complex, can spread rapidly, and often have a cross- border dimension. These characteristics create substantial difficulties in copyright dispute resolution, particularly in collecting and preserving electronic evidence, identifying infringers, determining damages, and selecting effective dispute resolution mechanisms. This article examines common types of copyright disputes arising in the digital environment and analyzes the legal framework governing their resolution. On this basis, it identifies existing difficulties and practical obstacles and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of copyright dispute resolution in the digital environment.
