Abstract
The context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and international integration has created new demands regarding the moral qualities of officers in the People’s Public Security Force, requiring institutions within the force to innovate and strengthen professional ethics education for their students. Professional ethics education in the People’s Public Security sector is implemented through various channels, among which extracurricular activities serve as a distinctive educational approach that offers experiential professional learning. Through such activities, students are able to cultivate character, discipline, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to apply knowledge to professional practice. The findings show that students gradually transform their awareness, attitudes, and ethical behaviors in ways that are appropriate to the professional requirements of the People’s Public Security Force. This article provides scientific grounds for proposing solutions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of professional ethics education for students at People’s Public Security institutions in response to current demands and tasks.
