Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, cyberspace has become a common environment for students to learn, communicate, and express themselves. Along with opportunities for knowledge access and digital competence development, students also face risks such as inappropriate online language, misinformation sharing, privacy violations, and cyberbullying. Therefore, educating civil online conduct skills is necessary to foster students’ awareness, attitudes, and responsible behaviors in digital life. This article clarifies several theoretical issues, educational contents, organizational forms, and influencing factors related to educating civil online conduct skills for students at the University of Economics - Technology for Industries. The findings provide a scientific basis for developing educational modules, guidance materials, and activities to promote digital conduct culture in the university.
