Abstract

Digital transformation is profoundly changing the ways in which education, professional development, scientific research, and institutional governance are organized and conducted in higher education institutions. Building on previous research concerning the modernization of information and documentation services at the former National Academy of Public Administration, this article examines the emerging requirements for information and library services at the Academy of Public Administration and Governance. It proposes several solutions, including developing digital learning resources, digitizing institutional materials, establishing digital infrastructure and platforms, enhancing data interoperability, developing human resources, and applying emerging technologies to the provision of information services.
