Abstract

Social work activities for intermediate-level students play an important role in helping learners adapt to the vocational education environment, stabilize their psychological well-being, develop life skills, and form career orientations. This article analyzes the necessity of social work activities for intermediate-level students at Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology (CTECH). By clarifying students’ characteristics and support needs, the article discusses key social work activities, including individual counseling, group social work, life skills education, learning support, career guidance, and resource connection. On that basis, several orientations are proposed to improve the effectiveness of school social work activities, thereby contributing to students’ comprehensive development and meeting the current requirements of vocational education.
