Abstract

This paper assesses scientific research activities among lecturers at Quang Ninh University of Industry, examining both achievements and persistent challenges. Although these activities have improved, lecturers continue to face constraints related to research capacity, funding, facilities, and time, as well as difficulties in linking research with teaching and industry. The paper proposes measures to strengthen lecturers’ research capacity, improve institutional support for research, and align research more closely with teaching and practical needs.
