Abstract

This article analyzes the values of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style in the new era - the era of the nation’s rise. By clarifying the role of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and style in Party building, improving public service ethics, promoting national development aspirations, and building a streamlined, eKective, and eRcient two-tier local government model, the article proposes several solutions associated with digital transformation and the exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members to meet the country’s development requirements in the current period.
