Abstract
Adaptation in teaching is an operational concept that allows teachers to reflect on their teaching practices, affirm their relevance, measure effectiveness with students, and foster professional engagement. To enhance the necessary skills for French-language students in the blended learning program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, we would like to share some essential tools to help students prepare successful job applications, confidently enter the professional world and face potential employers
