Abstract

This paper investigates the current status of emotional management skills among Physical Education students at Tay Nguyen University. The fi ndings reveal that while students demonstrate relatively good awareness of the importance of emotional management skills, their actual ability to identify and manage emotions in academic contexts remains relatively low (mean = 2.24). Moreover, their skills in regulating and relieving emotions are only at an average level (mean = 2.69). Based on these results and the identifi ed infl uencing factors, several recommendations are proposed to improve students’ emotional management skills.
