Abstract

In lesson plan design, formulating lesson objectives plays a pivotal role in guiding the entire teaching process. However, this skill is influenced by multiple factors, and practice shows that students majoring in Primary Education still encounter considerable difficulties in translating objectives into measurable behavioral indicators. As a result, teaching activities are not always closely aligned with the actual competency development goals of primary school pupils. On that basis, this article analyzes the factors affecting the formulation of lesson objectives and proposes a set of evaluation criteria as well as strategies for developing this skill through the course “Methods of Teaching Nature and Society in Primary Education.” The findings contribute to clarifying both the theoretical and practical foundations of this issue, thereby enhancing the quality of primary teacher education in response to current educational reform.
