Abstract

This article proposes measures to improve the eKectiveness of career counseling for 11th-grade students in high schools, with brief reference to students’ needs. The study focuses on developing and implementing key measures, including organizing expert-led workshops, enhancing career-related experiential activities, applying psychological assessment tools, providing individual and group counseling, oKering career guidance materials, and developing professional counseling staK. It also clari'es practical approaches to implementing these measures in school contexts. The proposed solutions are expected to enhance the quality and eKectiveness of career counseling for high school students.
