Abstract

In the process of resolving cases of violations of regulations on road traffic participation, the People's Procuracy plays a very important role in avoiding injustice, mistakes, and missing criminals. It requires investigators, in addition to mastering the provisions of the law, to improve their professional and technical skills, and clearly identify the characteristics of crimes in this field. Traffic violations are still complicated, but in the process of adjudicating and resolving traffic violation cases, there are still certain difficulties, stemming from the shortcomings and inadequacies of the current system of legal documents. The authors propose a number of solutions for improvement.
