Abstract
In the context of the People's Public Security forces actively implementing the policy of building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern force, the work of education and training in general and Martial Arts training for the People's Public Security in particular is facing new requirements. People's Public Security Martial Arts is not only a subject for physical training but also an important training content aimed at developing 'ghting spirit, the ability to use professional techniques, self-defense skills, and crowd control for police oRcers and soldiers. The quality of Martial Arts training directly depends on the capacity of the teaching staK. Therefore, developing the capacity of instructors teaching Martial Arts for the People's Public Security at the People's Police Academy is an urgent requirement.
