Abstract
Vietnam’s rapidly developing digital economy is creating new opportunities for business growth while placing higher demands on the quality and capabilities of entrepreneurs. Although entrepreneur training has achieved positive results in recent years, it remains fragmented, insufficiently coordinated, and unable to fully meet the requirements of digital transformation. This article clarifies the concept of the digital economy and examines the strengths and limitations of entrepreneur training in Vietnam. Based on this analysis, it proposes several solutions to improve training effectiveness, including updating curricula, strengthening digital competencies, linking training institutions with enterprises, and promoting international cooperation. These solutions aim to develop a capable entrepreneurial workforce that can support digital economic growth and Vietnam’s international economic integration.
