Abstract

Leg-based offensive techniques constitute an important component of the People’s Public Security martial arts curriculum. They contribute to enhancing combat effectiveness, controlling suspects, and ensuring the safety of officers while performing their duties. This article examines the role of leg-based offensive techniques, introduces selected fundamental techniques, and discusses training methods appropriate for cadets at the People’s Police Academy. The proposed content is intended to improve training quality and strengthen cadets’ ability to apply these techniques in operational practice.
