Abstract
In the context of increasing globalization and the ongoing Industrial Revolution, higher education places growing emphasis on developing learners’ competencies and personal qualities in a comprehensive manner. As students transition from secondary education to the university environment—an important developmental stage—the acquisition of life skills becomes essential. Research shows that life skills not only help students adapt effectively to new learning conditions but also provide a foundation for future professional success and personal development. This skill set includes a wide range of components, from individual to social skills, shaped by both subjective and objective factors. Therefore, conducting a comprehensive theoretical investigation into university students’ life skills holds significant theoretical and practical value.
