Abstract

Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country. To achieve comprehensive and sustainable development, it is essential to mobilize and eff ectively use resources in ethnic minority areas. This article focuses on clarifying general theoretical issues related to mobilization and use of resources in these areas, including defi nitions and the key elements that constitute resources in ethnic minority regions.
