Abstract

Over the years, alongside comprehensive socio-economic development, the security and public order situation in Lang Son province has witnessed complex developments. Consequently, state management of security and public order in the province particularly the legal management of individuals subject to monitoring has received significant attention from Party committees, authorities, and the police force. These individuals are directly linked to and impact efforts to prevent and combat crime. Addressing this matter is the responsibility of all forces within the political system, with the Lang Son Provincial Police and specifically community police officers playing a core role.
