Abstract

The administrative management of social order is an important aspect of police work in safeguarding national security and maintaining social order and safety. In recent years, under the close leadership and direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee, the force responsible for the administrative management of social order within the Hung Yen Provincial Police has made continuous efforts to comprehensively reform its operational measures. These efforts have produced significant achievements and contributed to maintaining stability throughout the province under all circumstances. While the dynamic development of Hung Yen Province has created considerable opportunities for economic growth, it has also posed numerous complex challenges to ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
