Abstract
Using scientific research methods in physical education and sports, this study examines the training status of students in the Volleyball club at Hanoi Law University and identifies nine tests appropriate for assessing their physical fitness. The results indicate that the overall physical fitness level of the club’s members is generally average, with many students failing to meet the required standards in several specific criteria. These findings highlight the need for improved training approaches and tailored conditioning programs to enhance students’ physical fitness and performance.
