Abstract

The situation of fighting and preventing crime in recent times has always been complicated due to the criminal acts of commercial legal entities, causing extremely serious consequences. The 2015 Penal Code for the first time makes commercial legal entities the subject of crime. This will limit the illegal acts of enterprises and organizations to ensure deterrence, strict handling and not let criminals escape. This article focuses on analyzing the provisions on complicity, pointing out some difficulties and problems when determining complicity for the subject of committing crimes being commercial legal entities and giving some suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
