Abstract

In the context of Army modernization, promoting the vanguard role of military youth in the use and preservation of modern weapons and technical equipment is increasingly urgent. Youth Union cadres play a key role in organizing, orienting, encouraging, and promoting the role of youth. This article analyzes the role of Youth Union cadres, evaluates the current quality of this team, and proposes practical solutions to improve their competence, qualities, and working methods, thereby contributing to enhancing the eff ectiveness of military youth in using and preserving modern weapons and technical equipment.
