Abstract

The article studies and evaluates the current implementation of laws on fi re prevention, fi refi ghting, and rescue by the heads of facilities. Based on this assessment, it proposes solutions to improve the eff ectiveness of legal implementation in this fi eld, contributing to reducing violations as well as minimizing incidents and accidents at facilities.
