Abstract
Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs/drones) are increasingly used in many fields due to their flexibility and high efficiency. However, alongside the benefits they offer, UAVs also pose a risk of being exploited to commit illegal acts such as infringing on national security and defense, transporting prohibited goods, violating privacy rights, compromising aviation safety, and supporting other criminal activities. To prevent and mitigate these risks, it is necessary to improve the legal system, strengthen state management, apply technology for detecting and suppressing UAVs, raise public awareness, and promote coordination among relevant agencies.
