Abstract
This paper presents the results of a survey conducted among 533 students at Trade Union University to assess their level of awareness, attitudes, and experiences regarding the university’s community engagement and service activities, aligned with the quality accreditation standards for higher education institutions. Based on the findings, the study proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of these activities in the future.
