Abstract
As part of the implementation of a plan to improve the quality of regulations, military skills, and martial arts training for combat-ready forces, Hanoi City Police successfully organized a training course for part-time regulations officers serving in commune-level Police units. This activity carried both political and professional significance, aiming to standardize the implementation of internal regulations and enhance the practical application of martial arts in crime prevention and control. This article summarizes the achievements of the training course and identifies key issues drawn from its implementation, thereby providing a basis for improving the quality of training and task performance among commune-level Police in Hanoi in the coming period.
