Abstract

Learner-centered education is a guiding principle of modern pedagogy, and military–martial arts training is no exception. In People’s Public Security academies and schools—where future officers are trained to safeguard security and public order—martial arts instruction should go beyond basic techniques to develop rapid decision- making, reflexes, and adaptive responses. This article argues that active teaching methods are central to achieving these outcomes by transforming training from coerced practice to voluntary engagement and from simple simulation to practical, combat-oriented thinking. Such pedagogical renewal is presented as an essential starting point for building a revolutionary, professional, elite, and modern People’s Public Security force.
